In 2012 Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II celebrates her Diamond Jubilee having reigned for 60years. All through the year there are events and visits planned to take place around the country. To help the public celebrate this event the Government has announced a Bank Holiday on Tuesday the 5th of June along with delaying the late May Bank Holiday for 1 week to the 4th June allowing for a 4 day celebration over a long weekend.
