How do I choose the right product? 

You should base your decision on a number of different factors - the type of company or organisation you work for, the event / promotion, product or project you are trying to promote and, crucially, your target audience. Pens, mugs, keyrings, mouse mats and USBs are among our most popular promotional products, and for a very good reason – because they are useful and so will have lasting value to the person who receives them. Seasonal items, such as calendars and chocolates, are also popular. We offer a wide selection of products because everyone’s needs are different. Not sure where to start? We’d be happy to help. Can products feature our company logo? 
Products can be supplied plain or featuring any design, logo or information of your choice, such as a web address or telephone number. Depending on the product you choose, this may be printed or engraved.
 
Do I have to supply the artwork?
Most companies supply their own logos and/or artwork, but we can offer a simple design service. Contact us on 01257 474777 for more details. Images must be supplied in one of the following digital formats: EPS, Adobe Illustrator or an editable pdf. Alternatively, we can provide an estimate for converting your artwork to a digital format. Artwork is sized according to the type of product and you will receive a proof of the layout by email to approve and sign off before the product goes to print.
 
Why can’t I find the product I’m looking for?
While we are able to source many thousands of different products, it is impossible to feature them all on this site. Please contact us on 01257 474777 to tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll find it – or the nearest possible match . Alternatively, we can arrange to have a bespoke product made to your exact specifications.
 
Can I see samples before I buy?
We are always happy to supply samples to help you with your choice. Samples of smaller value items such as pens can usually be supplied free of charge. However, products that are manufactured abroad will incur a postage charge. We also reserve the right to charge for samples of more expensive or bespoke items, but this cost may be redeemed against the order if you decide to go ahead.
 
What are the delivery times?
The timescales for delivery start from the point at which written approval for the product artwork is received. Delivery can take anything from a couple of days for products manufactured in the UK to up to five weeks for items sourced from abroad and it is important to build in this lead time when ordering products. Bespoke products may take up to 12 weeks to manufacture and delivery. Our express delivery service is available for a limited range of products, offering delivery between two and seven days. Of course, there are exceptions to every rule. Sometimes, we can obtain a product from one supplier and get it printed separately to meet an urgent deadline. Have we received your order?
As soon as an order is received we will be send an automated notification. We will contact you within 24hrs to confirm artwork details and a delivery date. 
 
Will the print match my logo?
Yes your pantone numbers (PMS Pantone Matching System) are very important as we need these to match ink colours, please be advised that pantone colours are only 100% true when placed on a white background, if we have any doubt about the colour reproduction we will contact you immediately.
  
Can I have a Full Colour Deisgn?
These are generally printed using CMYK colours and available on specific items.
 
What are Set-up / Origination Charges? 
These are the costs incurred making the films, printing plates and for the time spent setting up the machinery.
 
Will I be charged carriage?
This will be added to the invoice at the point of ordering.
 
How can I pay?
We accept most credit cards or alternatively payment can be made by cheque but please allow 7 days clearance. Paying online allows the order to be processed quicker.
